Hello Sue, I appreciate the information on PMR. I am 57 and two weeks ago woke up with what is now PMR> I went to the arthritis dr. and he is treating me with naproxin, but it's not working. I guess, from what I am reading on the internet, the only sure treatment seems to be steroids. I was hoping not to have to do that, but the pain as you well know can be unbearable at times. I also read your son's info and will give that a try. Thanks again for the info. Until last week, I had never heard of PMR. Doris
