Have been studying the book for over a month now. I would like to know what your thoughts are regarding the use of genetically hybrid seeds and the resulting food allergies. I am inclined to believe that if many foods in the U.S. food supply were grown from pure seeds, many of the adverse reactions would not exist (i.e. wheat, corn, potatoes etc.) Do you know whether or not the lectins used in your laboratory research were derived from pure or gentically hybrid seeds?
