Being Italian I have always loved pasta and corn. Polenta-Yum. However, after reading your book I decided to give it a try, Why? Because I haven't had a glass of milk in 10 years and I have always made myself a sweet potato instead of white potaoes. Wouldn't give you a nickel for a bowl of mashed potatoes or a french fry. So I thought what the heck I'll give it a try. Bingo!!!!!! I'm eating to my hearts content and I have lost 65 pounds in 6 months and still going. Last week I had a physical and blood work. My physicians response was " What is the name of this book?" Yes, I still love corn, but I kow notice that it gives me a stomach ache and other unmentionables.Just wanted to say thanks for the new life.Grace
