I have migraines for 25 years and I am vegetarian since 1985,Now I am 42 years old.I am from Argentina and my blood is type A +.I tried different medicine from Ergotamine , nasal spray,ginger and a few more and nothing work.Also I tried different doctors one took me off chocolate,egg,now my last doctor visit last week told my about eliminate from my diet yeast and baking power.
My question to you is if you have any information or diet for migraines.
