I am 35 years old. I have been getting small
outbreaks of shingles about every two months
for over two years. These outbreaks are in many
different places. My doc told me to take
vitamins and perscribed Zovirax, which hasn't
helped. What makes it recur, and how do I prevent
it in the future?
