I wrote a book called *sam okamoto's incredible vegetables*
published by Pelican publication. Book is vegan, no cheese, no eggs and no dairy products.
I hope the book can help what you are looking for.
Diet in Asian countries much more diversified and they hardly uses products that you are not supposed to take.
