For the last 10 years I feel tired and fatigue quick when I participate in exercise or working. Last 5 year my weight standard starts increasing faster every year even I don't eat much and excercise frequently. I kept feel more tire than my wife while I do house work. Sometime my wife remind as lazy guy sometime.

Recently I went to the doctor and I described the problem. Most of the doctor just laugh and disbelieve I told them. Finally I went to the right doctor. He tested my blood and he found my Hormone is extremly low. I am 5'9" and I used to weight 150 lbs now I am gained 40 lbs easily. I am not burger type man. I ate only vietnamese food.Vietnamese food is very low calories. Each day I consume around 1200 calories (below the average).

I know my problem can be treat. While I am waiting for treatment. I would like to know is Hormone is really make man gain weight easily ?To
be honest I feel very depress too. My tyroid is perfect condition except man hormone is extreme low. My sperm stop releasing for the last 4 years.
I know this problem is more serious. Please email me and let me know
