Greetings Dr. D'Adamo, I'm an acupuncture physician in Clearwater Florida who has recently acquired your new book and am experimenting with your dietary reccommendations for myself, before I implement them with my clients. I am an AB blood type and I am wondering about *ostrich* burgers! The local supermarket chain, Publics, carries some mighty tasty looking frozen ostrich burgers that are from California and are pesticide free. According to your research I should avoid various fowl meats such as chicken and duck, but turkey and pheasant are o.k. to eat. What about ostrich lectins, where do they fall on the AB blood lectin tolerance scale? many thanks. David Simon, M.Ac.
