The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 1
A Quick Personal Observation
Posted By: Danielle Fauth
One last thing I forgot to mention in my first message.
Prior to starting my diet in July, I had been following a low fat/cal. diet on my own. However, I had been eating lots of breads, grains, pasta and yogurt. These foods are currently touted as being healthy and good for you if you are trying to lose weight. My diet counselor, after analyzing my diet, took me off of all those things, without knowing that they were bad for a person with type O blood! I started losing weight right away, but attributed it more to exercise and lower calories than to anything else. I was amazed when I read your book and found out that wheat products can actually lower a type O's metabolism. My struggle with weight gain finally became clear!
I am planning on recommending your book to my counselor and suggesting that he incorporate it into his program.
