Re: Type B Serious weight problem & ear infections

I've had an ear infection for better than 3 years now and I think it happened because of my pot habit back when I was 21 (I'm 24 now). Anyways, I have the same symptoms you describe, like the ear filling with fluid (I have been taking baths only, with cotton in my ear) -- no ringing though -- and vertigo (if that's dizzyness). My problem is in my right ear only (where it started). It also "moved" to my left ear once but moved back to my right ear since. I've been seeing an allergenist now (after I suspected I might be allergic to my roommate's cat, and she's found that I'm allergic to dust mites and critters of the like. I also noticed an "allergic" reaction when I consumed milk (noticing a rushing of phlemn into my right nostril and sinus, blocking it and, apparently, "clogging" my right ear). I am also type O blood (what was that "hyperactive immune system" for type O blood people that Ed mentioned?). Currently I am taking Flonase to help me stay clear. Besides that I don't know what else to do. And, if u want to loose serious weight try an apple (or two) a day twice a week for 1 to 2 months and then cut back to an apple a day once a week to keep the weight off. It's tough but it worked for me (I lost 30 pounds!).
