Did SDowns ever state the name of the natural medication she found? I developed hypothyroidism about 2 years ago and have gradually increased the synthroid from .025 to .15 and still going up! I also could not lose any weight despite dieting. However, I recently went to see a nutritionist who changed my diet (much more food) because dieting forces the body to slow down metabolically, complicating hypothyroidism. Instead I follow a balanced diet and increase incrementally my physical activity. This seems to be working, slowly but surely Yet I take so much medication now (HBP, allergies, thyroid) that I would prefer a more natural regulation. Any ideas, let me know.
