I have been following a low carbo and high fat,protein diet. Is this bad for me? I have lost nearly 15 lbs in 3 weeks and it feels great!!!!! I eat for Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit 2 eggs (cooked anyway) 2 pieces of breakfast meat. Lunch: Salad (as much as I want) With either turkey or chicken breast and the 1/2 grapefruit. Dinner: Any meat (as much as I want) cooked anyway and green, red or raw vegetables as well as 1/2 of grapefruit. I have an over abundance of energy..And I feel great! Terri P.S.
