My mother is 77 and has had polymyalgia for 5 years
Steroids have helped the pain but left her with
increasingly thin bruised skin. In addition she
is now hardly able to walk through loss of muscle tone.
What is this book that is being referred to? What
is the diet? and what is type A? Can anyone help with this
information? I'd love to be able to help her.
