The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 1
Carbohydrates, Exercise and Type O's

Hi - I've recently had some good success following Barry Sears’ "The Zone" diet, but I'd like to incorporate your diet into my routine as well. I'm a Type O, and your book (which I recently purchased) strongly encourages us to a eat high protein/low carbohydrate diet. I exercise quite a bit (cycling and running), and I'm wondering if reducing my carbohydrate intake will effect how I feel/my performance when I exercise. I guess the real question is: how much and what kind of carbohydrate should a Type O eat who exercises quite a bit and doesn’t need to lose weight? Thanks. P.S. I've already read the previous postings concerning "The Zone" diet and Type O's, and I thought that my question needed some further clarification.
