The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 1
Neutral Foods and the Diet

Hi- When you suggest to people that they follow the diet "strictly" for a number of weeks, does that mean that they should only eat the "Beneficial" foods listed in the book, or can they freely add options from the "Neutral" list as well? It seems like Rice milk and brown rice cereal are OK in the morning, if the neutrals are allowed. Is that correct, and if I have no history of diabetes and am not overweight, can I have the corn pasta (no wheat) pasta from my health food store? As much as I would like to go strictly into the diet, I have a well stocked pantry of all the wrong foods. As a type o, is wheat my worst enemy? I'm not in a position to get rid of my current pantry-full of foods, but am willing to eliminate some and work through the lesser evils until I can re-stock with better choices. Any guidance? aj
