Dear sir or madam,
I have recently noticed the cho-
lesterol content in whey protein. For example, the
brand I am currently using contant 13.2 grams of
cholesterol per 30 gram serving of whey powder. My
concern is that this amount is considerable and
could be hazardous to my health given that I inta-
ta 6 servings (180g) of whey protein powder daily.
Are these 80g of cholesterol that I intake every
day beneficial, negligeable or hazardous to my
health? Since I haven't noticed any deterioration,
I suspect that amount is negligeable and will not
cause any health problems in the future however, I
am not a doctor and would appreciate advice from a
better informed source.
Thank you for responding,

Miladin Djurisic
