Thank you Dr D'Adamo for your support.I started on your program yesterday.
The test I took rated beets as a big nono since the test indicated that they caused severe damage to white cells and some damage to red cells. I wondered since the corn test could not be compared to this issue if that would be true for beets as well.I do enjoy beets and was surprised that such a veggie could be harmful. Also this morning I had the experience of coughing up matter from the sinus area. I wondered if it is a coincidence as I've only been on the program one day? I just hadn't quite had this experience before of being unable to clear my throat for a bit.
I'm on my way to the health store. I am becoming excited about this experiment after reading the many posts about weight loss.
