I'm new to this thread, but very interested, my doctor recommended I take Metamucil to lower my cholesterol. My blood type is O negative, would like to know if it will work with me. Also, my wife tried taking some and she had chest pains for the rest of the day, I know there is a warning on the container about that, but exactly what kind of reaction does it cause in the body to cause that reaction, can anyone e-mail me and tell me about that?
