Dear Sally,

Give the diet a shot for 3 weeks. Use non-wheat, non-corn grains to fill in the spaces. Buy free-range meats and cold water fish. gradually wratchet-up the exercise. As regards to philosophic aversion to animal-based diets, I can agree with you. What we've done to this food supply is obscene. However, basic biological demands don't think like that! Just don't support agribusiness with your money. There are many sources of high grade poultry, fish and meat -support them.

Laura is going to send me some Beef-not... we'll see.
