In Response To: Soy Foods Source (Karen Watland)

I am actually interested in phytoestrogen foods and an
analysis of their nutrients.
-Any studies as to the amount of these foods we should
consume.
-Most Asian countries make phytoestrogen foods
50% of their diets and North Americans only l0%
I am trying to calculate what would be a reasonable
expectation as to how much we can increase the l0%/
A correction - should read 50% of their diets
