I am actually interested in phytoestrogen foods and an analysis of their nutrients. -Any studies as to the amount of these foods we should consume. -Most Asian countries make phytoestrogen foods 50% of their diets and North Americans only l0% I am trying to calculate what would be a reasonable expectation as to how much we can increase the l0%/ A correction - should read 50% of their diets
