Type O & Pizza?

Dear Peter, I am a type O on diet for only 2 weeks & have already lost 12lbs & feel great! Thanks! I have 2 daughters with PKU (phenylketonuria) and regularly make low protien bread & pizza dough for them using wheat & corn starch instead of wheat flour. This bread is gluten free. My question is: Would this type of bread & pasta products (though very expensive) be ok for me as a type O? Is wheat & corn gluten the only problem for type O's? Thanks, Mike White
