Celiac Sprue

I listened to Dr. D'Adamo on both of his appearances on the Laura Lee Show, great show, BTW. I was not able to talk to Peter during either appearance. I listened with great interest and I am in the process of buying the book. My question here involves Celiac Sprue. Everything that Dr. D'Adamo has said during his interview seemed to indicate that Celiac Sprue is a particularly nasty disease related to improper diet compared to blood type. Is this true? Are there people able to overcome CS by eating the right diet for their type?
