Dr D'Adamo:

I've been reading all the posts. Very interesting.
I meant to add that I'm a healthy 62 year old who needs to lose some weight. Guess it's the genes. My Grandmothers passed away in their 90's of old age. One Grandfather had diabetes and I've had hypoglycemia years past.I learned that the l-5 disc has lost all the jell due to the several accidents I had years ago. I know losing weight will help back pain. Any thoughts on discs? Thanks again for your generosity in taking time to answer our questions. Sincerely, Sally H.
