I found your book on a referral a week ago on a quest for solutions to runaway asthma, allergies, and now chronic fatigue. Sounds like the B list doesn't it? I am the clasic case of chicken, corn and tomato poisoning and all the worst that comes from prolonged ingestion. I switched from red meat to chicken about 3 years when I married my O type husband because his father has a heart problem. So, over the past 3 years our health as gone straight downhill as we ate more chicken and switch all of our bread to wheat and our crackers to wheat, etc. Imagine the lectin overload! So, I found total sense in your book and had experience with the bananas and yogurt as health-filled for my type. I was sleeping 12 hours a day and finding it impossible to engage in activities beyond work and the bare basics. This week I have been awake the normal amound of time and have had no problems with allergies or my asthma. I have more energy and even find that my clothes fit better. I wasn't even on your scripted diet - just
sticking to the beneficial foods primarily, cutting out sodas, and not eating any of the avoid foods. The other 7 people in my office are now reader along with my 2 sisters and my mom. You are on the edge of fame - ha ha. Thank you for giving me the tools to get my life back and not making a degree in medicine a requirement to be successful on your diet. I see it as a new way of life and look forward to all that I now have before me. Thanks again from all of us! Erin
