I had been taking synthroid for 23 years and I asked my Doctor to prescribe armour. Just the other day I had a blood test and he said that I should go back on Synthroid because it is the only true way to get a specific dosage daily. I am really confused as I have read that with years of taking synthroid causes bone loss. Does anyone know anything about this that they could share with me? Thanking you in advance.
