Dear Emory,
It is difficult to tell you that an O can be a successful vegetarian, because not only are they depriving their bodies of the protein needed to optimize the blood and immune systems, the needed vigorous exercise will also not work well. Perhaps first try adding fish to your diet, and see how you respond.
