According to ER4YT on page 64 Os should avoid oat bran and oatmeal, unless these are misplaced Peter I would not suggest oat cereals for breakfast. The granola recipe in the book on page 84 would be best for Os using kamut, spelt and/or quinoa flakes with the rice bran. Also, I find this great with Wax Orchards fruit sweet (pineapple, peach, and pear) in place of maple syrup and honey. I believe if the recipe was prepared only with spelt and quinoa flakes with the rice bran, it would serve all blood types. Great for multi-blood type families.
