My almost 17 year old daughter Allison has had blood tests and her eb virus level was 788. The normal reading should be less than 100. She experiences cronic headaches, has had some problems with allergies since she was a small child. What is the best advice I can give her on how to keep this virus at bay. Our internist basically told us nothing(except all the ugly things that could happen) Is there a set of specific things she could do to keep the effects of Epstein-Barr minimal?
