I am a 42 year old woman with type O- blood. I am just starting your diet and would like more suggestions for meals. I have poriasis, rosecea, and minor joint pain. I play tennis and walk several times a week and seven months ago I started a one-hour work-out with a personal trainer three times a week. I feel much better when I get a lot of exercise. I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian and I also eat fish and seafood. I rely heavily on a diet high in non-fat dairy products and grains. I need help in planning low-fat meals for type O. I hope the diet will not only help me shed a few pounds but also help my skin and joint problems. Thanks for your help. Also, my husband is type A+ and he wants to try the diet. He would like to shed a few pounds.
