In Response To: Dear Dr. D'Adamo, (Dl derway@aztec.asu.edu)
Is there anywhere to get a more detailed list of highly beneficial foods (especially in the seafood category. Example: pollack; a lot of what I call "fake" food is made with this type of fish, like fake crab, fake lobster, fake scollops. All of which I shouldn't have as an A).. Also, if walnuts are neutral, how come walnut oil is not listed in neutral oils? What is it about pumpernickel bread that could make it avoidable for O's and A's?? How could an A eat a high protein diet and loose weight (example Zone and even worse Dr.Atkins)?? I have also lost weight on the infamous cabbage diet. O.K., so I gained it all back after I went off the diet and just tried to eat sensibly, but I did loose?? Unfortunately, I have never lost of veggies and salads - I am an A??? Help!!
