I have been on an increasingly whole food diet for the past week or two, but I have always included wheat (bread) and certain other type A avoidance foods (e.g. kidney beans). When I received a copy of your book two days ago, (great book btw!) I adapted my diet to your advises as well.
In any case, I have for several years had problems with my nose feeling stuffed to the point where I could not breathe through it. Although one gets used to most things, it did on occasions bother me when I was going to sleep. After I eat, especially spicy food, my nose always starts to run as well. When I got your book I immediately started on your recommended A diet, and made a good meal including items like Adzuki, garlic, chamomile tea, etc. When I was done my nose started to run, and a lot of stuff came out. What is strange is that the same night my nose was not stuffed anymore! Neither was it last night. I do not know if the diet can have such an immediate effect, but something has happened, and it really feels wonderful!
