Very interesting observations. I have no first hand information about this, but it has got me thinking! Probably another type O/ thyroid/ parathyroid thing! As far as ketosis goes, it needn't be mandatory, and actually is probably preferable that type O go in and out of ketosis. This would be much like a bellows inflating in and out to provide oxygen for a fire. Ketosis is the bellows fully expended, glycolysis fully inflated. Peter
