Thank you Dr. Stasch, for asking a question that I've wondered about also, and Dr. D, for your answer. This is all fascinating information; I hope that you will, as your time permits, elaborate on the effects (which are not discussed in the book) of "beneficial" and "avoid" foods in your posts.--karen
