In Response To: O so many things (Pennie Pickering)
Dear Pennie, I would do the O diet, emphasizing lean cuts of meat and fish. These will help strengthen the thyroid, which as the work of Broda Barnes, MD so eloquently showed, will help to normalize the cholesterol. Avoid complex and simple carbohydrates, exercise frequently, and check the cholesterol periodically just to be sure. In time you should see nice results. No real way to succeed on the O diet otherwise, sorry. Hope this helps, Peter
