I've just recently discovered your book, through a friend at work, and plan to give it a try. I do have some questions though.
1. I'm 47 and have been overweight every day of my life and have been on every imaginable diet since I was 10 yrs. old. Have I messed up my metabolism beyond repair or might this change help me lose weight?
2. If wheat is absolutely forbidden for me, why do you say I can have white flour? Isn't that made from wheat?
3. If I can have white flour, why not white bread?
4. I find that most canned soups have corn syrup, corn starch, tomato, etc. in them. If a "bad" ingredient appears well down in the list of ingredients, how much would that can of soup ruin the plan?
