DR.D'Adamo, would like to get info on this subject.can you tell me how to find. i have just finished 28 days of diflucan for candida related syndrome but feel it is still there.started crs diet about 6 wks ago and when i added dr. adamos type o diet saw an improvement.was able to keep this up for about 5 wks then was having just ONE day off.well havent been able to get back on eating plan.my body not only craves sugar ,wheat and soy,it SCREAMS for it .my alcat test came back positive for sensitivities to sugar corn wheat soy and many other foods i knew i was allergic to soy because i crave it so.i am NOT a weak willed person.i gave up cigaretts 12 yrs ago alchol 5 yrs ago.but this food thing is a different story.letters such as diet advice for everyone really speak to me of others ignorance and lack of compassion. no one can understand the pain this particular problem causes. I KNOW theese certain foods are a good part of the cause of my bi polar disorder ,i feel so much better when i avoid them. i also know it seems only a matter of time before i eat them again, even when i know what the results will be. the withdrawls are awful, but the constant fighting against the craving are even worse.i been told once i get all the offenders out of my system for three days this will go away.i havent found this to be true though i am meticulous in watching ingredients. not many people realize there is sugar in table salt. iodized salt has dextrose in it.sugar ,cor ,and soy are in almost everything.i've been trying to stick to meat ,fish and fresh veggies, though i have to admit i havent found a source for hormone free meats yet.any suggestions either of you have would be greatly appreciated.yes i do exercise, and am stepping it up. i would ask others without this problem not to judge others as they could never understand the deep pain and confusion that goes along with it. ED,could you let me know where and or how to get the info you speak of? thanks for your time..kathy
