Dear G Allen, Soybean oil and tuna should be acceptable for type B's. As far as wheat in small amounts, almost anything in small amounts will be tolerated once you've "adjusted" to the specific diet for your type. The last quote in the Seattle Times article (click on "Media" from the homepage) just about says it all. Peter
