In order to get over this plateau, I would suggest you look into weight training/circuit training at least 3 times per week. This will build muscle which in turn burns more calories. I would also suggest when you weight train do not be concerned about what the scale says. Take your body measurements and compare every 2 weeks. I have been on O program about 4 weeks and have not lost 1 pound but I have lost 3 inches around my waist and 2 around my hips.
