Red Wine--Type A's

Peter--This is one of my favorite sites! Thank you for all of the great help. Is de-alcoholized red wine a good substitute for regular red wine for Type A's? Also, how advantageous is it to purchase organic wines. Are they lower in sulfites, does this make a big difference, and are there other differences? Thanks--Stuart
