In Response To: Why not follow the diet as prescribed? (Rick McInnis)
Exactly! Most people think they know what they should eat. If you think about it, what was available to eat 1,000's of years ago was limited to what was on hand and the people's systems were geared for it. I wonder what the new blood type is that we are now creating with this eat everything in sight mentality! Remember, if you put unlimited amounts of sugar cubes, or grain concentrates in front of horses they would eat it till they died on the spot. They also overeat in this unnatural situation mankind (are we really being kind?) put them in. Dogs will eat chocolate which can kill them in an instant! Think about it, aren't we doing the same thing? Lets start going backwards in our eating habits to the more natural and stop popping pills & pouring in concentrates. Lets start chewing again so our children's children's children still have their teeth! Maybe we will evolve to look like the alien hybrids!
