Dear Karen, That is a good idea. I'll have to talk to Catherine Whitney about doing something like that in a future edition. Wine, by the way, contains the flavones quercetin and catechin, which give it the protective effects in cancer. The percentage in grape juice is small, as it has not been converted to the wine tannins yet, which are the source of the flavones. Peter
