Dear Ellen, 1. As mentioned in other posts, the recipes were done before the diets were completely finished. The dietician used the "older information" based on my earlier writings. BTW a small amount of canola will not be too harmful for a B. 2. Again, as mentioned on the board already, wheat can be used in small amounts by B's, and as everyone always screams about not having any pasta alternatives, I decided to give it to them in the form of pasta combinations that contain some wheat.
