The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 1
Why not follow the diet as prescribed?

Reading the message board is entertaining. And sometimes there are actually sensible questions asked? It seem to me though, in response to all of those questions wanting to find some way to "trick" their system into allowing them to eat the foods you have told us that interfere with our attaining the best quality of health: Why not try the diet as prescribed and see IF you miss the unhealthy foods. No one loved foods bad for their system more than I. After 6 weeks of following your diet, I have NO desire to eat THOSE foods. Who wants to go back to feeling bad just for some FOOD. Wake up and show appreciation for what has been given to us. You are very accomodating and almost too nice. That type A thing, I guess. Forgive my bombast but I feel it needed to be said. It is obvious I am an O, isn't it!
