Have you been tested for food allergies or sensitivities? Sometimes you may have to avoid a food for 3 - 6 months or longer so that your body can "unlearn" it's allergic immune response. Also, colon hydrotherapy helps alot. So does quercitin. I am also type A and had the same problem with mucous and "frog" in my throat for years and after 16 months of healing, I have improved about 85%. It was along road, but totally worth it. Good luck!
