Similar experience w/sprouted bread!!!

Karl's post brings up something my husband has been wondering about sprouted wheat bread, relating to an experience that I had last week with Ezekiel bread (no unsprouted flour in it). A couple of hours after eating I became so incredibly SLEEPY I could hardly keep my eyes open, and remained that way for hours! If you've ever sprouted seeds you know that often some of them do not sprout; if some of the unsprouted wheat kernels (or lentils, etc.) find their way into the bread mix, can they create havoc due to "un-destroyed" lectins???
As always, thanks for your time--karen
