Hi Dr. D: I've found I can go off the program for a meal or so but not 2 days in a row evidently. I think I finally figured out why this happened. If my body is busy detoxifying, the burden of more toxic foods could be an overload? Before I was on this program, the body only had to contend with each meal. Don't know if this is correct but I've been so curious as to why this happened, now wonder if this idea of mine is correct.Or is it due to the fact that as you clean up youract/body, you become aware of how different foods effect you, mainly the incorrect ones for your blood type.
