Hello Gretchen i am O type also and find avoiding cornstarch and cornsyrup hard also. Was looking at the ingred. on the back of lily white corn syrup and it has no mention of corn as an ingred. it has glucose,glucose-fructose, water, salt, vanillin.So what does that tell you?
