What might you want to use the substitute for?
The recipes for which I had used corn syrup are no
longer acceptable because of their other
ingredients (popcorn balls & peanut brittle).
The ER4YT book lists several other acceptable sweeteners
(page. 73) for general use.
Unless the Recipe section (accessible from the Main page)
is under construction again, it has a recipe for
Ezekiel Bread.
