Joan,

I notice that corn syrup is a common ingredient, such as in rice krispies, bottled green tea beverages, canned sweet potatoes etc.. I am wondering if this amount is something I need to avoid. Corn starch is also in many foods. My shcedule is so busy that is hard to plan ahead, and if I need to pich something up quich to eat, it isn't easy.
