Eat Right was published in 1996, and a WHOLE lot has happened in this science since then. ;-) That said, I expect much less change in any of the recommendations in the future than there have been since the first book, as so much work has already been done and checked again. We can look forward to additions and refinements, but Live Right (with the changes noted in our online page) and the Encyclopedia are the books to depend on.
